| * Payment * I accept payments through Pay Pal, Personal Check, and Money Orders. When paying by check or money order the item is placed on hold for 7 days. After payment is received and cleared by my bank the item will be shipped out. If you are using Pay Pal please send payment to danielle@pixypatch.com. Please note that you do not need to have a Pay Pal account to make payments using a credit card. |

| * Shipping & Handling * I use USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) to ship items to their new home. Items are shipped out within 2-3 days of receiving your payment. If alterations are needed, please allow up to five days before item is mailed. Shipping charges for garments is $7 for the first item and $2 for each additional item, headbands are $5. Herbal products are quoted according to their weight. I use Global Priority Mail (4-7 days) to ship internationally and if not available then item is sent standard air mail. Most international shipping charges are $12. |

| * Returns * You may return any garment item, excluding custom orders, within 7 days of reciept of purchase for an exchange or store credit. We cannot give cash refunds. The item must be unwashed, unworn, unscented and in the same condition it was when it left my studio. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return an item, please email me with an explanation of the problem within 24 hours of receiving your item. |
