You can even use them to warm up a chilly bed in the winter! Herbal buddy measures approximately 6" x 18" and is available in the color of your choosing. Available unscented upon request. |
| To use herbal buddy hot, heat in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. For moist heat, add 2 tbsp of water to pack before heating. To use herbal buddy cold, place in plastic bag and put in freezer for 30 minutes. |
