You can even use them to warm up a chilly bed in the winter! Pillow measures approximately 6" x 18" and is available in the color of your choosing. Available without lavender upon request. To use herbal buddy hot, place in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. For moist heat add 2 Tbsp of water to pillow before heating. To use herbal buddy cold, place in plastic bag and set in freezer for 30 minutes. |
